Treat me like a lady is an Dutch awareness campaign to make healthcare professionals aware of the difference between men and women’s bodies when it comes to symptoms, diagnostics and treatment.

Impact

The campaign will help ensure that the differences between men and women in health are recognised and that these are included in research, prevention, diagnosis and treatment. This improves the quality of healthcare, the quality of life of women especially, and reduces unnecessary healthcare costs.

Why necessary in society?
